What is the ordering procedure?
You can order online at our website www.kegerator.com, by
email order@kegerator.de and by fax +49 89 96209616. Also,

Do I have to be a registered customer, in order to place an
order?
No, all we needed is your name, the shipping information and-according
to the payment option you choose-the respective payment information.
Do you accept orders from overseas?
Currently, we are shipping our products to the USA, Germany,
Austria, Swiss, Hungary and Croatia. We are working eagerly
to develop shipping routines to many more countries. Please
check with us to get the latest update.
How long does the shipping take?
Within Europe, the delivery time usually varies between 3-7
workdays. Shipping to the USA takes about 14 workdays in average.
In the exceptional case that a shipment overruns this durations
by far, please don't hesitate to check back with us. We will
take serious action to speed up the process for your delivery.
Will I get an email if there is a delay in the delivery?
Yes, of course we will notify you immediately by email in
the event that something might interfere with a prompt delivery
of the items you ordered.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
What payment options do you offer?
Presently, orders from indivduals in countries other than
Germany can be processed by credit card payment, only. (American
Express, Visa or Mastercard). This is not only the least expensive
way for international financial transactions but also the
safest means of payment-for both sides of a deal.
Orders from commercial customers can be
made on account. Bavarianfun reserves the
right to narrow the payment options above on an individual
basis, depending on the results of a possible credit assessment.
Please understand that you have to indicate the
payment option you prefer for every purchase anew, since Bavarianfun will not file this information according
to our strict Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
Can I pay by credit card without any risk? How do you guarantee
my security?
Shopping online at Bavarianfun is very safe.
Your credit card number is transfered using SSL-technologie
(Secure Socket Layer), making sure that un-authorized parties
have no access to your data.
All browsers, that are in general use today-even
quite outdated ones-support SSL: including but not limited
to Internet Explorer 2.1 or higher, Netscape Navigator 2.0
or higher and AOL 3.0 or higher. Being connected to a secure
server can be identified by a change in the address bar of
your browser. The URL (the address of the Internet page) will
begin with "https:// " instead of the regular "http://", whereas
the "s" indicates the secure connection. In addition, Netscape
Navigator displays a closed lock in the navigation bar.
If you have further questions about the SSL-technology
and your browser please ask your Internet service provider
(ISP). If you are using an SSL-enabled browser, all the order
information you submit-e.g. name, address, credit card number-will
be encrypted and stored on an especially secured server. By
this means, no un-authorized party is able to access your
data, und all the information about your credit card and your
invoice is safe.
Am I paying in advance or after the delivery?
If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged no
sooner than your order is shipped. For commercial customers
the term of credit is strictly net, promptly without deductions.

How much is the shipping?
The shipping costs for our products vary from country to country:

For all international shipments, we are just passing the
original costs on to you without any extra charge. Once your
orders exceed the exemption limit you don't have to pay any
shipping costs at all. The prices shown in the table above
are meant to be a clue only, since our shipping partners may
change their tariffs. Shipping to other countries, not mentioned
above, is possible. Please ask us about the respective prices.
Will I get the shipment by mail or by a parcel service?
Our logistics center is dispatching your shipments using one
of our partners: UPS, FEDEX, Post AG, Spedition Texim.
What shall I do if the delivery is overdue?
Please, don't hesitate to let us know about delays-either
by sending us an email to service@kegerator.de or by calling
our Customer Service Center in Germany at ++49 89 964357.
Our staff is speaking English and will be happy to help you
in person during our
office hours: 8:00 to 22:00 (Central European Time) which
translates to e.g. 11 pm to 1 pm (Pacific Standard
Time) changes according to international conventions of daylight
savings time apply
After office hours, you are welcome to leave a message on
our answering machine. Please tell us, when and how we can
contact you best, and we will get back with you as soon as
possible.
SALES TAX
In cross-border trade within the European Union it is possible
to invoice orders without adding Germany's sales tax, the
V.A.T. (Added Value Tax), provided you have a V.A.T. ident
number. In this case, you pay the sales tax rate of your country.
Shipping to EU-countries
An individual person will receive an invoice including 16%
sales tax, which is declared separately. This means, for individuals
within the European Union all prices apply as shown in the
catalogues-no matter what the sales tax percentage of the
respective country is. A business customer will receive an
invoice without sales tax, provided that the company has a
sales tax number (USt.-ID, V.A.T.-No.).
Shipping to non-EU-countries
In general, there is no sales tax due. All prices shown will
be reduced by the sales tax, i.e. 16%. The payment of possible
import tax, duties or any other charge by authorities of the
buyer's country are in the sole responsibility of the buyer.
WARRANTY
What if I there is a wrong delivery, or I don't like the item?
100% customer satisfaction is our policy. That's why we grant
you the right to send any of our products back to your Country
Sales Manager within 14 days upon receipt. You might exchange
it or reconsign, provided that the item is in an unused and
unddammaged condition. Before sending any devices back, please
make sure you contact your Country Sales Manager. This might
save expenses-for you and for us.
What is the deadline for returning goods?
Purchasing products at Bavarianfun is without
any risk for you. You can return an item witin two weeks after
receipt.
Who is bearing the costs of returning goods?
The expenses of a reconsignment will be borne by Bavarianfun, of course.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as our logistic center has taken the item back in
stock as a return, we will transfer the amount back to your
credit card account or your bank account, respectively.
Is there a warranty--for how long?
If you can see defects in material or manufacturing or any
transport damages, please check back with us immediately.
According to our Warranty Policy, the length of warranty includes
six months upon receipt of the good. Please note any regarding
information on the packaging. Since we want to establish a
long-term business relationship with our customers we might
acknowledge warranty claims even after the expiration date-as
the case arises.
